1. Dust removal principle of electrostatic precipitator:

The dust removal principle of the electrostatic precipitator is as follows: when dust particles pass through a high-voltage electrostatic field, they get charged by colliding with positive and negative ions and electrons between electrodes (or get charged during the diffusion movement of ions). The dust particles carrying electrons and ions move toward the opposite electrode under the action of electric field force and adhere to it. The dust on the electrode falls into the ash hopper through rapping and other methods.

II. Technical Features:

1. For electrode matching configuration, Type 480C anode plates are used together with "RSB" cathode wires. Material: SPCC.

2. The airflow distribution adopts the baffle and flow-guiding type.

3. Groove plates are installed at the outlet head to improve the collection of fine dust.

4. The structural form of rapping hammers is optimized to extend the service life of rapping hammers.

5. A new type of roller bearing is adopted, which not only prolongs the service life but also facilitates maintenance and replacement.

6. A new tubular barbed wire is used. It is supported by a φ20 round pipe with high strength and good rigidity, which ensures no wire breakage during operation. Meanwhile, special protective sleeves are installed at the connection points on both ends to prevent the electrode wire from falling off permanently.
