Silicone dust removal cage is a special cage for desulfurization and dust removal in power plants. The product is made of carbon steel or stainless steel wire with sufficient strength and formed by one-time welding with special equipment. After welding, the silicone dust removal cage is galvanized on the surface to prevent rust. It is widely used in high-temperature and highly corrosive environments.

1. Immerse the processed bag cage in the degreasing tank for 15 minutes to remove oil stains on the surface of the bag cage.

2. Take the bag cage out of the degreasing tank and place it in the cleaning tank for soaking and cleaning to remove the degreaser on the bag cage.

3. Take the bag cage out of the cleaning tank and place it in the derusting tank for derusting treatment to remove the metal oxide layer on the bag cage and improve adsorption capacity.

4. Take the bag cage out of the derusting tank and place it in the phosphating tank for phosphating treatment to enhance the adhesion of the bag cage surface.

5. Put the treated bag cage into the oven, set the temperature to 2100℃, and dry it for 20-30 minutes to remove moisture from the bag cage and keep the bag cage itself dry.

6. Take out the bag cage and evenly spray the prepared silicone on its surface. The coating thickness ranges from 60μm to 100μm.

7. Put the sprayed bag cage into the oven, set the temperature to 2220℃, and bake it for 120 minutes. Afterwards, maintain the temperature at 2200℃ for 30 minutes of heat setting. Let the bag cage cool naturally, and the silicone spraying process of the bag cage is completed.

8. The thickness range for strong adhesion of silicone is 60-70μm.
