PPS filter bag

Polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) fibers from Japan's Toray and Toyobo are selected, and imported tentering and setting equipment is adopted for production. It is an excellent high-temperature resistant filter material. The PPS needle-punched felt filter material has the following characteristics:

1. Continuous operating temperature can reach 190℃, with an instantaneous temperature of 220℃.

2. It can be used under working conditions where the oxygen content is lower than 16% (provided that the temperature is controlled within an appropriate range).

3. Excellent hydrolysis resistance and acid and alkali corrosion resistance, with a pH range of 1-14.

4. The filtering wind speed is optional from 1 to 1.5 m/min, which helps reduce equipment size and lower equipment cost.

PPS fiber boasts favorable mechanical and chemical properties. It can maintain stable filtering performance in harsh environments and achieve a desirable service life ranging from 2 to 4 years depending on working conditions. PPS needle-punched felt filter bags are an ideal filter material for pulse-jet dust collectors used in coal-fired boilers, waste incinerators, power plant fly ash treatment, chemical plants and other scenarios.
